Our standard split is 90/10: you keep 90% of your commission. Qualifying agents can access a 100% commission structure. There are no monthly fees, no desk fees, and no franchise fees taken from your earnings.

You must hold an active real estate license in Florida or Georgia (or be in the process of obtaining one). We welcome both newly licensed agents and experienced producers.

Agents at O.B.A. receive 1-on-1 mentorship from Broker Myron Scott, full access to the AppFiles transaction platform at no charge, and the unique advantage of an in-house Loan Officer for buyer referrals.

O.B.A. has expanded operations to the entire state of Georgia. Licensed Georgia agents can affiliate with our brokerage immediately. As a ground-floor agent in our Georgia expansion, you'll benefit from our established systems, brand credibility, and Georgia's growing consumer demand.

You get paid at closingdirectly and promptly. No waiting, no holding periods. Your earned commission belongs to you and is disbursed upon closing of each transaction.
